Job summary
Support the Production Manager in daily production operations at a printing and packaging company.
Maintain quality standards and ensure jobs are completed on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing printing and packaging activities.
- Conduct quality control checks and reduce production rejections.
- Coordinate Sales and Production schedules to meet client requirements.
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities and timely job completion.
- Supervise and manage a production team of more than 20 employees.
Required skills and experience
- At least 2 to 4 years of printing and packaging industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of offset and digital printing machinery, including troubleshooting and operation.
- Experience in production planning and quality control.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology or a related field is preferred.
- Previous supervisory or assistant managerial experience in manufacturing is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay and benefits
- Pay is AED 2,000–2,500 per month, plus overtime.
- Accommodation, transportation, visa, insurance, and an air ticket are listed as benefits.
