Assistant Marketing Manager (Hospitality) role in the Marketing Department, reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities
- Support resort strategies and multichannel initiatives aligned with annual revenue goals; assist with Rooms, Spa, and C&I campaigns.
- Set campaign KPIs, maximize ROI, plan advertising with digital and media-buying partners, and manage creative delivery.
- Monitor performance and budgets, recommend campaign optimizations, and support social media and website content.
- Manage agency and supplier relationships, including sourcing suppliers through procurement processes.
- Coordinate PR and communications participation; ensure marketing materials meet brand standards.
- Execute photography projects and arrange video and photo shoots according to brand guidelines.
- Review competitor hotel offers and activities; support daily marketing operations and on-time campaign delivery.
Requirements and experience
- A Bachelor’s or professional degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or equivalent is essential.
- 3–5 years of experience with luxury brands or hospitality.
- Sound knowledge of creative briefs, campaign development, implementation, and measurement.
- A Chartered Institute of Marketing qualification is desirable.
- Any second language is an advantage.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
