Position: Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing | Dubai
Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for trading and global business development? We’re looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing to join our team in Dubai!
🌍 Location: Dubai
💼 Experience: 4+ years
🗣 Language: Fluent English (written & spoken)
🔍 What We’re Looking For
- Experience in foundry or trading of Manganese Ore / Iron Ore / Ferro Alloys (preferred)
- Strong negotiation & deal finalization skills
- Hands-on experience in both buying and selling , with P&L responsibility
- Ability to build and manage global customer relationships
- Knowledge of Incoterms, LCs, Bank Guarantees, logistics, and trade operations
- Leadership mindset with the ability to drive and guide teams
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Develop new customers globally and grow business in ores & ferro alloys
- Manage existing customer requirements and ensure timely fulfillment
- Source and onboard new suppliers
- Oversee transactions end-to-end with logistics & accounts teams
- Monitor receivables and ensure smooth financial closures
- Negotiate contracts and finalize deals independently
- Prepare MIS reports and contribute to business strategy
