Revenue Strategy Development

Lead the creation and execution of strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement revenue models, and customer segmentation to enhance revenue performance and market share.

Financial Planning & Analysis

Oversee the development and monitoring of accurate revenue forecasts, collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals while tracking

performance against actual results and providing recommendations to address variances.

Build sophisticated financial models to project revenue growth, assess market opportunities, and optimize resource allocation, regularly report on financial performance to provide insights

that support decision-making by senior leadership.

Annual Business Planning & Budgeting

Liaoning with Business heads for bottoms up preparation of Annual Budgets and Plans

Preparing 5YPs and long-term plans based on ad hoc requirements from management

Finance Business Partnering

Work closely with marketing, finance, product, and operations teams and ensure alignment and execution of financial strategies ensuring that businesses meet their committed Gross Margins & Net Margins Collaborate with other departments to improve revenue performance.

Identify cost-cutting opportunities and develop margin improvement strategies.

Digital Transformation Of Financial Data

Bringing in Tools & Techniques around faster and more accurate Financial Reporting

Developing automated Dashboards & Reports to provide insights to management

Cash Flow & Capital Management

Manage cash flow planning and capital management.

Support financing initiatives such as capital raises, escrow account monitoring and ensuring alignment with overall revenue goals.

Educational Qualifications

Civil Engineering with MBA in finance is a must

Courses in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Revenue Management, or Corporate Strategy.

Relevant Experience: 2-5 Years of Relevant Experience

Worked in Business Finance partnering or Financial Planning Roles in large-scale organizations

Preparing & Presenting MIS reports for C-Suite leadership or Founder’s Office

Practical understanding of financial concepts around P&L and Cash flow

Experience of Collaborating across different stakeholders across the organization

Ability to work under high pressure environment
