Assistant Manager - Facade

About This Role

Real Estate Developer is looking to hire a Assistant Project Manager -Facade to be based at site for its high rise buildings.

Responsibilities:-

• Lead and ensure articulate records for meetings with relevant stakeholders to ensure proper management of All façade related works.
• Establish full project process KPIs and Identify Risks for project progress including involvement with all levels of stakeholders including Consultants, Contractors, Manufacturers and Suppliers.
• Liaison with all stakeholders and ensure seamless integration among all trades.
• Produce project management tools, templates, for the use in planning and monitoring of works including procurement, production, execution, snagging and project handing over
• Review and provide recommendations on all project engineering submissions including Materials and Samples, Drawings, Calculations, Method Statements, Testing Plans, RFIs, against project design drawings, specifications, any other project relevant document.
• Manage project scheduling documents across all project phases, such as schedule of works, programme, weekly and daily trackers for material, factory, site installation, quality inspections, and another other requirements.
• Regular Factory Progress Inspections to validate plan of works, productivity/ capacity.
• Regular Factory and Site quality inspections and observations, to ensure compliance to project technical requirements of the project
• Organize and Lead project meetings to review and ensure all façade related works are following project requirements and industry standards.
• Review project documents for suitability of designs in terms of compliance to design intent, constructability, and cost effectiveness.
• Manage day to day activities and ensure supervision for task related activities and facilitate any efforts to mitigate and overcome site challenges.

Qualifications and Experience:-

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Architecture or similar, as a minimum.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Façade Contractor with position of Project/ Construction Manager.
• PMP Certification is preferred.
