Job Summary

Manage and deliver projects efficiently within scope, timeline, quality and budget.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective project delivery.

Have experience & knowledge in managing the complex projects in Transmission, IP, DWDM, AS1273 technologies etc..

Experience in Stakeholder, Resource & Vendor Management.

Experience in telecom Project Monitoring & Control, project analysis & Planning standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor project activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Track project progress and manage timelines
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Maintain project documentation and reports
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and SLAs
  • Drive customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or related field
  • More than 8 years of experience in project coordination or management
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana)
  • PMP/PRINCE2 certification (optional)

Highly self-motivated and directed, requiring minimal supervision.

Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Create and maintain process documentation.
