The role oversees daily outlet operations, drives sales and customer experience, and develops staff while maintaining operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Ensure outlet operations comply with company policies, procedures, and standards; lead, mentor, develop, and review staff.
- Drive sales and revenue through planning, team motivation, and promotional campaigns; analyze performance metrics and operational data.
- Manage inventory, stock rotation, cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising; maintain customer service standards and resolve complaints.
- Report on outlet performance, sales trends, and challenges; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Manage cash and reconciliation accurately; maintain and optimize POS systems to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Leadership, team management, staff development, and strong customer service skills.
- English communication skills; Hindi or Telugu knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to analyze metrics, organize work, multitask, solve problems, make decisions, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory, merchandising, and visual merchandising standards.
- Proficiency with POS systems and retail management software; cash handling and reconciliation expertise.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as business needs require.
