Assistant Manager - Operating Assets FP&A

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans for operating assets with Finance Business Partners and Asset Management.
• Support scenario planning for pre-opening, ramp-up, and stabilization phases of assets.
• Track and analyze actual performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Provide variance analysis and actionable insights to Finance Business Partners, asset managers, and leadership.
• Develop dashboards and performance reports with the FP&A reporting team using tools such as Power BI and Anaplan.
• Provide decision support, performance insights, and strategic financial recommendations for operating assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or business management.
• Six or more years of experience in finance and financial planning and analysis (FP&A) required.
• Experience in asset-intensive sectors such as hospitality, theme parks, sports, or entertainment is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or ACCA are highly recognized.
