Assistant Manager, Key Account Management with Nestlé Professional in Riyadh, KSA.
Responsible for category sales growth and maximizing short- and long-term growth opportunities while building customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve area sales growth targets by category.
- Grow core distribution through new SKU listings and achievement of visibility, picture-of-success, and Business Development Agreement targets.
- Build customer relationships and initiate contract negotiations on visibility, promotions, and implementation.
- Organize daily field visits and follow up with the B2B channel to ensure product availability.
- Report sales analysis, initiative implementation, competitor activity, launches, customer plans, and shopper profiles to sales management.
- Implement promotional plans effectively in assigned outlets and coordinate product availability with the cash van team.
- Ensure collections and financial reconciliation follow payment terms.
- Follow up on the cash van team’s daily journey plan, resolve issues, and provide feedback on stock handling and product implementation.
- Comply with applicable marketing codes and company rules, including restrictions on infant formula marketing.
What will make you successful
- 2–5 years of experience in sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or another related field.
- Driving license and personal car are required.
- Ability to understand the business environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Field activity
- The role includes daily field visits in the assigned area and follow-up with customers and the B2B channel.
