Human Resources and employee relations
- Assist with monitoring employee relations issues, resolution, and follow-up; support management with HR issues.
- Monitor hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with laws, company policies, and standards.
- Respond to questions about HR programs and policies, share employee information, and inform HR management of employee relations issues.
- Maintain employee records and files accurately; coordinate administration and scheduling for annual employee surveys.
- Answer phone calls and record messages.
- Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
Workplace and team responsibilities
- Follow company, safety, and security policies; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions.
- Maintain confidentiality, communicate professionally, and develop positive working relationships in support of team goals.
- Use computers and point-of-sale systems to enter and locate work-related information; perform other reasonable duties as requested.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
- No license or certification is listed.
