Human resources support
- Monitor employee relations issues, assist with resolution and follow-up, and support management with human resources matters.
- Monitor recruitment processes for compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and standards.
- Respond to questions about human resources programs and policies; communicate employee relations information and personnel programs.
- Review and maintain employee records and files, and assist with annual employee survey administration and scheduling.
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation, and coaching.
- Answer calls, record messages, welcome guests, communicate professionally, and support positive working relationships.
- Follow safety and security policies, report unsafe conditions, maintain confidentiality, and use computer or point-of-sale systems for work information.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred.
- No license or certification is specified.
