Ensure hotel cleanliness and upkeep while delivering service and comfort that support guest satisfaction.
Maintain compliance with brand guidelines and departmental SOPs.
Essential Tasks
- Monitor departmental costs and budgets.
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure all standards are met.
- Instruct staff to prepare rooms according to guest requests, inspect rooms, complete checklists, and clear rooms on time.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance job orders with Engineering.
- Supervise scheduled cleaning, deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, polishing, artwork maintenance, and pest control.
- Ensure rooms meet guest preferences and that requests and complaints are handled professionally within prescribed timelines.
- Maintain consumption, complaint, compliment, inventory, and staff cleanliness records.
- Schedule vendors, monitor compliance and performance, and review quality and productivity.
- Train staff on SOPs, prepare for audits, and execute corrective measures.
- Assist with staff rosters, grooming, contract-staff salary processing, and HR initiatives.
- Follow the Tata code of conduct, safety policies, and organizational values.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or graduate qualification in any discipline.
- Advanced knowledge of hospitality management, housekeeping management, and interior decoration.
Experience and Language
- 5-7 years of work experience.
- English is required for the position.
