Develop business through prospecting, referrals, trace files, cold calls, account development, and client inspections.

Essential job tasks
- Identify new business, build a client pipeline, and follow up to convert leads into confirmed sales.
- Coordinate catering services for confirmed events and monitor delivery, resolving issues as needed.
- Work with kitchen, logistics, and service teams to ensure smooth events and client satisfaction.
- Comply with statutory requirements, licensing, and procedural formalities.
Areas of responsibility
- Plan innovative, cost-effective menus suited to client preferences, dietary restrictions, and cultural requirements.
- Build relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to support growth and event execution.
- Discuss contract requirements, negotiate terms, administer contracts, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate culinary, operations, and sales stakeholders; provide timely updates and progress reports.
- Formulate, achieve, and exceed individual and hotel-level budgets.
Required qualifications and experience
- A degree in hospitality management or an equivalent degree course is required.
- 3–5 years of experience in the hospitality industry is required.
- English is needed for the position.
