Assist with accounts and MIS preparation and prepare budgets for corporate accounts.
Ensure financial reporting complies with accounting standards, company policies, and regulations.
Accounts, budgets, and reporting
- Collate departmental data for budgets and prepare monthly and quarterly MIS reports.
- Prepare accounting entries for payables and receivables, review reconciliations and trial balances, and resolve transaction issues.
- Book daily payable and receivable entries and review daily reports for leakages and exceptions.
Audit and compliance
- Prepare audit statements, respond to auditor queries, explain control systems, and implement recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with commercial laws and tax structures, timely payment of taxes and statutory dues, and on-time filing of returns.
- Follow the compliance calendar and ensure statutory tasks are completed on time.
Fees and internal support
- Prepare operating and management fee invoices and reports, support fee collection, and review monthly aging reports.
- Respond to department-head queries and resolve issues.
Qualifications and experience
- Required qualification: CA, Master's in Commerce or Finance (M.Com./MBA), or equivalent.
- Required work experience: 2–5 years.
- English is needed for the position.
