About This Role

Job Summary:

The Assistant Finance Manager supports the Finance Manager in overseeing the financial operations of a citizenship and residency services company. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective financial planning. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in managing financial processes within a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations
  • Support audits by preparing required documentation and reports
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making
  • Assist in developing financial strategies aligned with company goals
  • Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
  • Coordinate with external partners such as auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
  • Support tax planning and filing processes

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
  • Experience in professional services, immigration, or citizenship programs is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
