Assistant Manager - Design

Lead and guide the team of engineers (Electrical, Civil, and MEP) through all project phases, from concept development to detailed design.

Define project scopes, monitor progress, and ensure design deliverables are completed on schedule while adhering to technical standards.

Support the VP-Design by addressing daily design challenges, encouraging innovative proposals and procedures, and resolving bottlenecks in ongoing projects.

Ensuring the scope & specifications are clear during the commencement of design.

• Availability of self and team for the design initiation and detail engineering.
• Review of Techno-Commercail offers for projects and tenders.
• Ensuring issuance of design BOQs to procurement team at the right time.
• Ensuring on-time design delivery and approvals for both in-house and vendor design documents.
• Focusing on Design freeze and timely issuance of manufacturing & procurement clearances.
• Monitoring self and teams progress by conducting internal meetings.

Effective time, cost and wastage management of man and materials in the engineering discipline.
