Responsible for implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards and company procedures. Ensure compliance with quality requirements, maintain documentation and records, conduct internal audits, investigate nonconformities and customer complaints, coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), monitor quality performance, evaluate supplier quality, and promote continuous improvement through root cause analysis and effective coordination with relevant departments.
