• Develop and maintain BCMS framework, policies, and procedures aligned with ISO 22301 and NCEMA 7

Emergency Preparedness & Crisis Man

• adiness.Monitor incident trends and implement corrective actions to strengthen prepa

Testing, Training &

• Coordinate BCP drills and scenario-based exercises in collaboration with IT and key busin
• ess units.Analyse exercise outcomes to identify gaps and integrate corrective actions
• into BCPs.Design and deliver training programs on BCM, risk management, and emergency pre
• paredness.

Risk Management &

• Monitoring
• Manage the Enterprise Risk Management System (RMS), integrating it with business processes and strateg
• ic planning.Facilitate departmental risk assessments; validate controls and track mitigation actions
• to closure.Escalate unresolved or high-impact risks to management with reco
• mmendations.

Reporting, Documentation

• Prepare IMS reports, dashboards, and SOPs for management reviews and regulator
• y submissions.Conduct internal audits per the audit plan; document findings and track corrective a
