Main duties
- Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures and guide and support the team during shifts.
- Conduct daily briefings in support of the Restaurant Manager, sharing procedures, team assignments, and service goals.
- Maintain quality and consistency in the guest experience; evaluate guest experiences and implement service improvements.
- Assist with structured training to develop the team and maintain high performance.
What the role requires
- Proven Assistant Manager experience in a luxury, high-volume restaurant or similar setting.
- Genuine love of culinary experiences and passion for Japanese cuisine.
- Collaborative team player comfortable working with a large team.
- Friendly, customer-oriented approach and skill in creating memorable dining experiences.
