Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all customers are provided with the best quality of food and service.
  • Ensure all safety matters are properly and timely attended and investigated, including accidents and near miss , while implementing safe working practices in accordance with EKFC policies, resulting in a safer work environment and enhanced compliance with safety standards.
  • Communicate clear instructions regarding work assignments to team members, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards, which will enhance operational efficiency and maintain high service quality.
  • Conduct spot-checks at the lounges in order to ensure that food and equipment are provided as per the business standards.
  • Ensure that the required stock levels are properly maintained according to current levels of consumption.
  • Ensure that the back-of-house areas are optimized and operationally friendly to minimize the breakages and injuries.
  • Assist and monitor the staff rosters and tasks allocations, to ensure all areas of lounge is covered.
  • Facilitate continuous training for staff on product knowledge and sequence of service, resulting in improved service quality and enhanced customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

***Education Qualification:***

Diploma or equivalent qualification (must have).

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (preferred).

Work Experience

Minimum of 4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with 2 years’ experience in supervisory role in 5-star environment (restaurant supervisor).

Experience and understanding of luxury hotel and stand-alone restaurant operations.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene protocols.

Skills

Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Self-motivated and demonstrate sound leadership skills.

A keen eye for opportunity identification and a high level of commitment to continuous improvement and adaptability to change.

Able to create personalized F&B experience.

Strong organizational, multitasking skills and attention to detail.

Competent in Microsoft Office Applications.

Ability to maintain accurate records, manage inventory effectively, and follow established procedures and guidelines precisely.
