Assistant — Doha, Qatar
We are seeking a reliable Assistant to support daily operations at our Doha office.
The role involves administrative support, coordination, and ensuring smooth office workflows.
Key responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor reception professionally
Prepare documents, presentations, and routine correspondence
Maintain filing systems, office supplies, and recordkeeping
Support basic bookkeeping tasks and expense reporting
Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on action items and deadlines
Assist with event logistics and ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements
Proven administrative or assistant experience (1+ year preferred)
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with basic office tech
Good written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus
Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and discretion with confidential information
Ability to work onsite in Doha with flexible hours when needed
