The Role

We are looking for an experienced and people-focused **ASSISTANT HEAD OF SECURITY** to join our team and help maintain a secure, welcoming, and professional environment across our property.
What You’Ll Be Doing
- Support the Director of Security in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Security department
- Lead, motivate, and develop the Security team to ensure high performance and service excellence
- Monitor security procedures, safety standards, and emergency response protocols across the property
- Assist in conducting investigations, incident reporting, and implementing preventive measures
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health & safety standards
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders when required
- Conduct regular security inspections and risk assessments to maintain a safe environment
- Support training initiatives and encourage a culture of awareness and accountability
What We’Re Looking For
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership security role within hospitality, hotels, or a similar environment
- Strong knowledge of security operations, emergency procedures, and health & safety practices
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Calm and confident approach with strong decision-making abilities under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Professional appearance with a positive and service-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
