Job Summary
The Sales & Admin Assistant provides administrative and sales support to ensure smooth daily operations.
The role involves assisting the sales team, managing documentation, handling customer inquiries, and supporting office administration tasks.
Sales Support
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer communications
- Maintain and update customer database and CRM records
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery status
- Support in preparing sales reports and presentations
Administrative Support
- Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks
- Manage filing, documentation, and record keeping
- Assist in preparing internal reports and correspondence
- Support procurement and inventory-related administrative tasks
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support or administrative role (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
