Asset and Planning Supervisor role for ABM Technical Solutions, based in London, EC2R 8DQ.
The role manages the integrity, governance and lifecycle of asset information across the portfolio.
Works with operational teams, clients and mobilisation teams to support safe, efficient and compliant service delivery.
Asset information management
- Maintain accurate asset registers and planned maintenance data in IBM Maximo and client CAFM/EAM systems.
- Validate asset information through verification surveys and ongoing data quality reviews.
- Produce asset lifecycle plans, condition reports and performance reports.
- Ensure asset information meets client standards and statutory requirements.
Technical asset management
- Undertake thermal imaging, energy surveys, asset verification and SPOF assessments.
- Develop lifecycle replacement strategies, critical spares recommendations and remedial work proposals.
- Produce and maintain SOPs, EOPs and technical documentation.
Mobilisation and improvement
- Support new contract mobilisation by establishing asset data and maintenance programmes on time.
- Identify and manage technical risks affecting mobilisation and operational performance.
- Conduct technical compliance audits and deliver training on technical processes and CAFM systems.
- Drive continual improvement in asset data quality and reporting.
- Support multiple projects across the UK with regular travel.
