Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards in operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor teams; drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Oversee assigned locations, monitor KPIs, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Implement process improvements and execute operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Analyze regional markets for opportunities and threats; conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Manage store budgets, optimize resource allocation, control costs, and meet revenue and profitability targets.
- Undertake additional tasks assigned by management to support business needs.
Requirements
- Experience or capability managing daily operations across multiple assigned retail locations.
- Ability to lead, inspire, and mentor teams and conduct performance evaluations.
- Ability to drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational performance.
- Ability to manage store budgets, optimize resource allocation, and control costs.
- Ability to monitor KPIs, conduct market analysis, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ability to ensure adherence to company policies, regulations, and safety standards.
