Oversees day-to-day operations of a prestigious private residence in Dubai for a high-net-worth family.
This is a live-in position; accommodation is provided.
The role requires discretion, organization, and proactive management of a luxury household.
Responsibilities
- Oversee residence operations, service standards, and presentation.
- Recruit, manage, train, schedule, and supervise household staff, including housekeepers, chefs, drivers, nannies, and maintenance personnel.
- Manage household budgets, expenses, procurement, inventories, and luxury household supplies.
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, renovations, contractors, and service providers.
- Coordinate family schedules, household logistics, and special requests; assist with private events and dinners.
- Maintain confidentiality, household procedures, policies, and service standards.
- Liaise with family offices, personal assistants, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Previous House Manager or Estate Manager experience supporting a high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth family.
- Strong leadership, people management, organization, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing multiple household staff and external service providers.
- Discretion, integrity, professionalism, composure under pressure, and flexibility with working hours.
- Fluent English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
- A valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
