Lead end-to-end complex IT and digital transformation projects within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities
- Lead projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and risk strategies.
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor progress and dependencies; implement corrective actions for deviations.
- Present status reports to steering committees and senior management.
- Apply governance, stage-gate processes, and reporting requirements.
- Manage change control, risks, issues, and escalations.
- Ensure documentation, handover, and closure meet established standards.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- At least 12 years of relevant project management experience, particularly in IT and digital project delivery.
- PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
- Proven delivery experience with ERP, IT infrastructure, or Operational Technology projects.
- Knowledge of project planning, budgeting, resource management, and contract management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and project management tools.
- Agile project management certification is preferred.
- Oil & Gas industry experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
