  • In this role, your key responsibilities include
  • :
  • Relationship Management- Lead the identification of potential new clients, whilst maintaining and developing current client relationships, reviewing and recommending actions to be taken on identified changing/developing needs and requirements, reviewing the offered advice and guidance, to ensure it is value added, places the client’s needs at the forefront and ensure the achievement of desired objectives of the Bank in line with the required standards. Oversee potential new client leads obtained, leading the action taken that cultivate and converts them into new Privilege Club clients whilst continually growing the sustainable revenues from existing customers in order to achieve the Privilege Club growth and sales targets. Manage the creation and development of effective plans that manage relationships, anticipates customer needs and provides superior quality services in order to achieve an increased wallet share and high Net Promotor Score (NPS)
  • Wealth Management- Direct the sourcing and implementation of Privilege Club product penetration to base assigned in order to maintain the clawback ratio within accepted tolerance level and achieve/exceed set targets
  • Portfolio Management- Oversee the customer portfolios, seeking new additions that fully understanding clients’ requirements, increase profitability and relationship depth whilst minimize risks in order to achieve desired targets through cross-sell, upsell and client retention to ensure a healthy portfolio. Manage the optimization of potential value and profitability of existing relationships by reviewing and approving recommendations from conducted analysis of the delivery of appropriate solutions, products and services in order to meet customer needs, improve customer engagement and ensure best-in-class product offerings. Maintain and cultivate an effective dialogue/working relationship with Risk Management teams in order to build a sustainable asset growth and ensure the implementation of updates and Banks requirements
  • Customer Engagement- Lead the coordination and meeting with current and new customers within the portfolio to ensure their requirements are fully understood, products are sourced to fulfil their requirements, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. oversee the management of each customer’s Know Your Customer (KYC) details to ensure they are updated in the Bank’s records and comply with Banks requirements
  • Volume Delivery- Support in the development of departmental, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), delegating responsibilities, tracking achievements and identifying areas requiring focus in order to deliver the set financial targets
  • People Management- Manage self and team in line with ADCB’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximize own and employee contribution to business performance. Manage the effective achievement of the team’s objectives through setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing the team and providing formal and informal feedback to maximize overall performance, engagement and motivation
  • Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures-Recommend and implement improvements to departmental policies, procedures and processes covering all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while ensuring that ADCB delivers best-in-class services, products and innovation
  • Continuous Improvement- Identify opportunities to contribute to organizational and departmental change initiatives, programmes and projects taking into account best practice and standards in the business environment
  • Customer Service- Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions
  • The ideal candidate should have the following experience
  • At least 6 years of Relationship Management experience in Banking/Financial Services industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics
  • Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) UAE Accredited, International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management (Level 3) and the UAE Financial Rules and Regulations
  • Understanding of Retail Banking management products and services
  • Excellent communication skills
