Full-time Architectural Design Lead opportunity in Dubai, UAE.
The role provides architectural leadership from concept development through detailed design and project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Lead architectural design from concept through detailed design and project delivery.
- Develop innovative, functional, and aesthetically strong solutions aligned with project objectives.
- Lead and mentor architects, designers, CAD specialists, and other team members.
- Review and approve drawings, layouts, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Ensure designs meet applicable building codes, regulations, standards, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead design reviews, presentations, workshops, and client or stakeholder meetings.
- Monitor deliverables, quality, timelines, and coordination through the project lifecycle.
- Resolve design challenges with practical, innovative, commercially viable solutions.
- Ensure high-quality architectural outputs meet organizational standards and project objectives.
Candidate profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- At least 10 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Experience leading architectural design teams and complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, technical documentation, and project coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and other relevant design software.
- Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within demanding timelines.
- UAE/GCC market experience is highly desirable.
