Full-time Architectural Draftsman role associated with offshore work; the job location is Abu Dhabi.
The position offers accommodation, transportation and meals during offshore work.
Responsibilities
- Prepare coordinated architectural drawings and details for buildings, fit-out works and modular facilities through construction and final as-built submission.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans and construction details.
- Develop partition, ceiling, flooring, wall-finish, door, window, joinery and interior detail drawings.
- Produce and update architectural drawings and models using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Prepare door, window, finish and room schedules and coordinate approved materials.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI in Civil Drafting, with 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction, infrastructure or oil and gas projects.
- Experience should include architectural drafting for permanent, temporary and modular buildings.
- Strong knowledge of architectural plans, elevations, sections, fit-out details, construction drawings, schedules and building code requirements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit/BIM; experience with as-built drawings, revision control, document management and MEP and structural coordination.
- Familiarity with UAE municipality regulations and building standards, modular and temporary structures, and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings.
