Role overview

The Architect-level Solution Owner is an AI-native product and delivery leader who shapes client solutions, directs delivery teams, and is accountable for outcomes, performance, and business value.

The role works with engineers, architects, designers, and data specialists, and partners with client Product Owners and technology leaders.

AI tools, agents, and workflows are embedded in delivery practices to accelerate discovery, documentation, analysis, backlog management, and team alignment.

What you will do

  • Define and manage project governance, delivery cadence, Agile events, and reporting for client decision-making.
  • Partner with Product Owners to define products, test assumptions, and create specifications, user stories, and OKR-linked acceptance criteria.
  • Own the product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration; collect feedback, measure impact, and plan next steps.
  • Maintain the shared project context hub for strategy, decisions, requirements, risks, and technical context, using AI tooling to keep it current.
  • Lead delivery teams by managing issues and risks, facilitating meetings, and communicating clear project status.
  • Validate technical approaches, strategy, and deliverables with engineering leaders, and document the team's toolchain.
  • Create reusable prompts, templates, and AI workflows for requirements, documentation, analysis, and backlog management.
  • Test ideas with lightweight prototypes and refine product direction using feedback.
  • Travel may be required depending on client needs.

Experience and capabilities

  • Several years of product development experience as a Product, Project, or Program Manager using Agile methods.
  • Experience applying AI to real delivery work across the software and testing lifecycle.
  • Ability to turn ideas into clear specifications, backlogs, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for iterative development.
  • Ability to bridge business and technical teams, with comfort using repositories, version control, and delivery toolchains.
  • Strong investigative, analytical, communication, and risk-management capabilities in complex or ambiguous environments.
  • Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, and Lean, with the ability to adapt frameworks to project needs.
  • A technical degree, software delivery background, or equivalent experience is helpful, not required.

Work arrangement

  • The role is hybrid, with an expectation that the employee can work onsite when their team leader requires it.

Benefits and perks

  • Perks include culture and social activities, lunch-and-learns, wellness activities, annual retreats, employee resource groups, and vacation plus wellness and sick days.
  • Benefits include competitive compensation, a monthly $100 cell phone reimbursement, retirement and savings plans, wellness gift card, family-planning support, parental leave top-up, medical and dental coverage, insurance, and employee assistance resources.
  • Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.

Hiring note

  • Successful hires must complete a background check.
