The role requires project and program management experience delivering complex enterprise initiatives across business and technology environments.

Experience and qualifications
- 8–12+ years of project or program management experience.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs, governance forums, vendor-led implementations, executive reports, and governance packs.
- Ability to align Front, Middle, and Back Office and coordinate external vendors and technology partners.
- Strong understanding of Treasury products, trading lifecycle, cash and liquidity management, and operational processes aligned with risk management.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg, LSEG, Flexcube, and FMC systems.
- Experience in strategic transformation, innovation initiatives, PoC/MVP delivery, and platform enhancements.
- Knowledge of technology delivery, system integration, regulatory frameworks, and governance.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
- Strong project planning, scheduling, tracking, delivery management, RAID management, and dependency oversight.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and projects from initiation to controlled closure, following banking policies and regulatory frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation through execution and controlled closure.
- Lead enterprise initiatives and strategic transformation across Treasury and technology environments.
- Coordinate stakeholders across Front, Middle, and Back Office, as well as vendors and technology partners.
- Manage governance forums, workstreams, schedules, risks, issues, actions, and dependencies.
- Prepare executive reports, governance packs, and senior management presentations.
- Drive innovation-led initiatives, PoC/MVP delivery, and platform enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to banking policies and regulatory frameworks.
