Architect (Site Supervision) Arabic Speaker – Dubai
We are looking for an experienced Architect with strong site supervision skills to manage and oversee finishing works for a residential villa project, serving as the owner's direct representative on site.
Requirements
- **Minimum 5 years of experience in villa supervision and execution**
- Strong hands-on experience in finishing and site works
- Good knowledge of MEP works (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC)
- Experience in selecting materials, finishes, and interior furniture
- Strong personality with the ability to manage contractors and suppliers
- **Valid UAE driving license**
- Full-time availability and daily presence on site
Responsibilities
- Direct supervision of all finishing works on site
- Monitoring contractors and ensuring high-quality execution
- Hiring and coordinating subcontractors
- Selecting and purchasing materials and furniture as per project requirements
- Acting as the owner’s representative on site and making field decisions
Offer
- Salary: AED 7,000 – 10,000 per month
