Position Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Procurement Manager capable of building procurement activities from the ground up.
The successful candidate will lead strategic procurement for CAPEX and selected OPEX categories, establish procurement best practices, and support the successful delivery of large agricultural projects.
The role requires an experienced procurement professional who can independently manage complex sourcing activities, lead negotiations, and work closely with Engineering, Farm Operations, Finance and Legal teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for agricultural machinery, irrigation systems, maintenance services and construction materials.
- Develop procurement strategies based on project requirements and operational priorities.
- Lead supplier sourcing, tendering, commercial evaluations and negotiations.
- Prepare procurement recommendations and approval packages in accordance with the company DOA.
- Negotiate contracts and monitor suppliers' compliance with commercial and delivery obligations.
- Coordinate procurement activities with Engineering, Logistics, Finance and Legal departments.
- Lead and support a small team of Procurement Specialists while remaining actively involved in key procurement projects

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement or Business.
- 5-10 years of procurement experience in an international environment.
- Experience managing CAPEX procurement projects valued between USD 5 million and USD 20 million annually.
- Experience in agriculture, construction, infrastructure or industrial projects is an advantage
