About the Role

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Arabic language instruction, enabling students to develop strong speaking, writing, reading, and comprehension skills.
• Design, develop, and implement engaging curricula, lesson plans, and learning materials that support effective language acquisition.
• Continuously enhance teaching methodologies and instructional approaches to maximize student engagement and learning outcomes.
• Monitor and evaluate student performance, providing regular assessments, constructive feedback, and personalized support to encourage continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Arabic Language, Arabic Studies, Arabic Linguistics, Arabic Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as Arabic Language Instructor or a related Arabic language field.
• Strong written and spoken proficiency in Arabic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate work.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage demanding deadlines.
• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information professionally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the UAE.
• Experience supporting government, defense, security, military, or other secure environments.
• Understanding of cultural and operational requirements within high-security organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining high quality and productivity standards.
