Lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact AI/ML solutions for the International Consumer Bank.
Combine technical depth, people leadership, and delivery discipline while shaping Applied AI/ML strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own AI delivery from business use-case identification through production deployment.
- Contribute to solution design, modelling, experimentation, and deployment architecture; provide hands-on technical support.
- Build and develop a team of data scientists, business analysts, and engineers.
- Establish practices for data quality, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring; create reusable architectures, templates, and playbooks.
- Prioritize delivery with product, business, and AI Delivery partners; ensure governance, privacy, and security controls.
- Present technical decisions and performance results to senior stakeholders; document assumptions, limitations, and controls.
Required qualifications and skills
- Proven AI/ML expertise and hands-on delivery experience in financial services.
- Strong technical depth in GenAI/LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, and vector databases.
- Knowledge of LLM evaluation metrics and safety/guardrail techniques; understanding of supervised learning and data engineering fundamentals.
- Leadership experience building teams and leading cross-functional delivery; awareness of governance and controls in regulated environments.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical topics to senior stakeholders.
Preferred qualification
- An advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
