This role is part of the People Analytics Team within the People Division.
Provides analytical expertise and project management to HR, driving initiatives for cost savings and process efficiency.
Leads and performs analysis, develops strategies and forecasts, and advances HR process best practices.
What you'll do
- Conceive and develop analytical models.
- Develop scorecards, improvement initiatives, and performance metrics.
- Build advanced forecasting models and reporting tools to inform leadership decisions and strategy.
- Access, transform, integrate, and manage large datasets using processing languages and business intelligence tools.
- Use data visualization to communicate insights and recommendations for business decisions.
- Complete other related projects as assigned.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience or training.
- Three years of experience in an HR or People Analytics role.
- Innovative thinking, motivation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Five years of People Analytics, Financial Reporting, Auditing, or other Compliance Reporting experience preferred.
- Five years of experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central HR and recruiting modules preferred.
- Advanced or master's degree in Business Administration preferred.
Skills and capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, drive results, deliver quality work on time, and manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, customer service, and advanced analytical skills.
- Ability to foster collaboration, communicate effectively, and present findings.
