Member of the Business Partner Performance Team within Planning and Airport Operations.
Provides operational and project management support to airport leaders and other teams, focused on partner performance, vendor management, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop scorecards, manage business partner performance, and oversee corrective action plans.
- Oversee vendor transitions and support implementation.
- Participate in scope development for contract negotiations.
- Monitor and evaluate partner performance; analyze results and develop improvement solutions.
- Reconcile, validate, and resolve disputes about business partner invoices.
- Work with airport leaders and cross-functional teams on performance opportunities and operational initiatives.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external business partners.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least one year of related work experience or relevant training.
- Familiarity with airport operations.
Preferred qualifications and skills
- Supplier or vendor relationship management experience is preferred.
- Requires quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, consensus-building, communication, organizational, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
