Creates IT services process documentation, workflows, knowledge articles, and self-service guidance.
Supports administration of project management tools and follows IT policies and processes.
Key responsibilities
- Document business requirements for project, process-improvement, and automation efforts.
- Facilitate workflow modeling for process improvements, automation capabilities, and end-to-end use cases.
- Review process trends and service-level outcomes; conduct maturity assessments and identify improvement areas.
- Identify issues and risks, escalate inconsistencies, and participate in problem resolution.
- Track major incident processes and escalation adherence; prepare incident details for post-mortem reviews.
- Extract reports and provide high-level data analysis.
- Collaborate on deliverables, recommend improvements using data and trends, and monitor team initiatives.
- Assist in building practice frameworks and guidelines.
Requirements and qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 2–3 years of experience in a specialization area; the source does not specify the area.
- Proficiency in statistical languages and statistical software; technical writing and analytical skills.
- Good written and oral communication, collaboration, initiative, and willingness to learn.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization and practical experience generating process documentation and reports.
