Role overview
Focuses on Global Transaction Banking performance metrics across sales, products, and channels.
Collects data, prepares management dashboards and reports, and supports business management initiatives and deadlines.
Reporting and analysis
- Collects and analyzes financial and non-financial data and compiles reports, MIS, and dashboards.
- Maintains timely reporting and follows up with internal and external stakeholders.
- Improves reporting quality, accuracy, and operational processes; reviews and re-engineers existing MIS.
Business support and coordination
- Coordinates information requests across GTX teams, DAAI, Business Finance, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Updates and securely stores deal pipeline, call report, DRC deal, and deal communication files.
- Supports business and strategy presentations, initiatives, meetings, and ad hoc events.
- Provides reporting guidance to colleagues and completes mandatory and personal development training.
Qualifications and experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Power BI, data warehouses, and dashboard tools.
- Good banking knowledge; Global Transaction Banking, Cash Management, and Trade Finance knowledge is ideal.
- Fluent business English is required; Arabic is preferred.
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline.
- The role calls for initiative, self-learning, accuracy, communication, planning, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
