Role overview
Supports the AVP, UAEN Development with learning and development requirements for assigned portfolios.
Administers development initiatives aligned with the Emiratization strategy and UAE Nationals’ growth.
Learning and development planning
- Supports and implements learning and development programs for UAE Nationals across business areas.
- Manages bespoke Emirati development programs and projects.
- Ensures internal quality standards and completes training needs analysis.
- Oversees business-related training design and coordinates program design and delivery meetings.
Training delivery and evaluation
- Delivers internal training sessions on selected topics and oversees in-house course content development.
- Coordinates external trainers and vendors and supports cost-efficient procurement of learning services.
- Tracks deliverables, attends progress meetings, and measures training effectiveness and return on investment.
Program coordination
- Obtains approvals for customized training delivery models and coordinates with relevant stakeholders.
- Sources and manages vendors through identification, RFP, program design, delivery, and assessment.
- Supports Emiratization projects and operates within organizational policies and governance frameworks.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Human Resources) or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of training or learning and development experience.
- Banking or financial services experience is preferred.
- Training delivery and digital training implementation experience is preferable.
