Leads the performance management agenda for Global Private Banking and translates strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes.
The remit covers performance governance, management information, planning, forecasting, sales productivity, customer experience, and executive reporting.
Responsibilities
- Translate strategy into annual business plans, scorecards, KPIs, and performance targets; lead monthly and quarterly reviews with clear ownership of actions, risks, and recovery plans.
- Provide senior management with forward-looking insights on revenue, assets, liabilities, client activity, pipeline, and productivity.
- Own executive dashboard design, quality, and timely publication of management information.
- Identify performance gaps and develop practical interventions; set productivity benchmarks and monitor sales effectiveness, pipeline conversion, and portfolio penetration.
- Lead cross-functional performance improvement initiatives across Product, Finance, Risk, Operations, Marketing, HR, and Technology.
- Ensure compliance with policies, risk standards, controls, and governance requirements.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of relevant experience in banking, business performance, strategy, finance, sales management, or business management, including senior stakeholder exposure.
- Strong understanding of Private Banking or Wealth Management business models, client segments, products, and performance drivers.
- Demonstrated experience in performance governance, planning, forecasting, executive reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong commercial acumen, ability to interpret financial and non-financial indicators, and proven leadership, influencing, and relationship-management skills.
Preferred qualification
- MBA or relevant professional qualification is preferred.
