Analyst - Data & AI Product Owner

Job Purpose

Product Delivery and Lifecycle

• Support end-to-end delivery of Data & AI products from requirement definition through deployment and adoption.
• Manage product backlogs, user stories, features, and enhancement requests.
• Coordinate delivery with business stakeholders, project teams, and implementation partners.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, and delivery tracking.
• Monitor product performance and resolve issues and enhancement requests.

Business Analysis and Requirements

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and product demonstrations.
• Ensure requirements are understood by delivery and development teams.
• Support prioritization based on business value and strategic objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the primary interface between business users and delivery teams for assigned products.
• Engage functional stakeholders to align product requirements and priorities.
• Communicate product updates, releases, and enhancement plans.
• Facilitate issue resolution and coordinate stakeholder feedback.

Testing and Release Management

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing activities.
• Ensure test scenarios and acceptance criteria are defined and validated.
• Support defect triage and resolution management.
• Participate in release readiness reviews and production deployment activities.
• Monitor post-release performance and business adoption.

Adoption and Improvement

• Support product adoption and value realization initiatives.
• Gather user feedback and identify product enhancement opportunities.
• Track product utilization, adoption trends, and business benefits.
• Support training, communication, and change management activities.
• Recommend improvements to maximize user experience and business value.

Governance and Compliance

• Ensure products comply with Data & AI governance standards.
• Support data governance, security, PDPL, and organizational policy requirements.
• Maintain product documentation, requirements repositories, and operational procedures.
• Report product status, risks, issues, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, data science, business administration, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, digital products, Data & AI, analytics, or technology delivery.
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and product management principles.
• Knowledge of Data & AI products, analytics platforms, reporting solutions, or digital products is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
• PSPO, CSPO, Agile, Scrum, or Business Analysis certifications are preferred.
