Key Responsibiliti

• esPrepare aircraft seats and components by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming surface
• s.Perform spray painting, decal application, and layout design work as require
• d.Mix and apply primers, topcoats, and specialty coatings according to manufacturer specification
• s.Operate spray guns and painting equipment to achieve a high-quality, uniform finis
• h.Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality, cosmetic, and airworthiness standard
• s.Read and interpret work orders, technical documents, safety data sheets, and standard operating procedure
• s.Handle, store, and dispose of paints, solvents, and hazardous materials in accordance with safety and environmental regulation
• s.Maintain painting tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and serviceable conditio
• n.Report defects, non-conformances, or rework requirements to the superviso
• r.Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE
• ).Collaborate with upholstery, mechanical, and production teams to meet project deadline

Requireme

• ntsHigh school diploma or equivale
• nt.Minimum 3 years of professional painting experience; aerospace or aviation experience preferr
• ed.Trade-tested painters with spray painting, decal application, and layout design skills are encouraged to app

Preferred Qualificat
