Experience

• 2 to 5 years of experience in air freight forwarding, cargo operations, or logistics
• Experience handling import and export shipments.
• Familiarity with airline booking procedures and cargo documentation.
• Knowledge of customs clearance procedures and international trade regulations.

Technical Knowledge

• Air Waybill (MAWB/HAWB) preparation and handling
• Cargo booking with airlines and GSA partners.
• Understanding of Incoterms.
• Knowledge of DG (Dangerous Goods) regulations.
• Experience with CargoWise, Calogi, eSkyCargo, Champ, or similar freight management systems.
• Understanding of customs documentation, permits, and compliance requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate air export and import shipments from booking to final delivery.
• Liaise with airlines, overseas agents, customers, transporters, and customs brokers.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation.
• Monitor shipment movements and provide status updates to clients.
• Arrange customs clearance and delivery where required.
• Resolve operational issues, delays, and exceptions.
• Ensure compliance with airline, customs, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and operational reports.
