Job Summary
The Air Freight Pricing Executive is responsible for preparing competitive air freight quotations, negotiating rates with airlines and agents, analyzing market trends, and supporting sales teams with accurate pricing solutions. The role ensures profitability while maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit air freight quotations for import and export shipments.
- Negotiate freight rates with airlines, consolidators, and overseas agents.
- Maintain updated carrier tariffs, surcharges, and market pricing.
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams to ensure pricing accuracy and service feasibility.
- Analyze market trends, capacity, transit times, and competitor pricing.
- Handle RFQs (Requests for Quotation) from customers and key accounts.
- Develop cost-effective routing and pricing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with airline regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
- Build strong relationships with airlines, freight partners, and vendors.
- Monitor shipment profitability and recommend pricing improvements.
- Prepare pricing reports and maintain quotation records in the system.
- Support tender submissions and annual contract negotiations.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
