Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable
Air Conditioning Technician
to join our Dubai team.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of various AC systems.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can work independently while upholding the professional reputation Tansa has built over generations.

System Diagnostics
Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve complex technical issues in residential

Preventive Maintenance
Conduct routine inspections, cleaning (including deep cleaning of filters and coils), and system tuning to ensure maximum efficiency and longevity.

Repairs & Installations
Execute corrective repairs, component replacements, and new installations according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.

System Optimization
Monitor system performance to identify potential failures before they occur, reducing downtime for clients.
·
Safety & Compliance
Adhere to strict safety protocols and ensure all work meets UAE local regulations and environmental standards.
·
Documentation
Provide clear reports on work performed, parts required, and recommendations for clients.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Technical Expertise: Proven experience in maintaining and repairing Split units, Ducted systems, and Package units.

Diagnostic Skills
Ability to read electrical schematics and use diagnostic tools to pinpoint mechanical or electrical faults.
·
Independence
Capacity to manage a daily schedule and complete tasks with minimal to no supervision.
·
Education
A specialized HVAC Technical Certificate/Diploma.
·
Communication
Professional demeanour with the ability to explain technical issues to the management clearly.
·
Local Experience
Previous experience working in the UAE and a valid UAE driving license is highly preferred.
