Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for an Air Conditioning Service Technician.
Responsibilities
include diagnosing and repairing air conditioning systems, performing regular maintenance, and troubleshooting issues effectively.
The role involves field service tasks, ensuring timely and professional service delivery.
Additionally, you will liaise with customers to address their concerns, provide solutions, and maintain a high level of service satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Maintenance & Repair for air conditioning systems and related equipment
- Expertise in Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and system issues
- Experience in Field Service operations and working in diverse environments
- Strong Customer Service abilities to effectively interact with clients and resolve issues
- Knowledge of safety standards and best practices for HVAC systems
- Relevant technical certifications or training in air conditioning and refrigeration
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals
- Prior experience of 2+ years in a similar role preferred
- Immediate requirement
- Proven skills in maintenance and repair for air conditioning systems and related equipment
