Role overview

Production responsibilities

• Create cold-traffic ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube and product videos for Puffy.com.
• Build prompt and reference libraries for character and material consistency.
• Produce multiple weekly ad concepts, including consistent AI-generated spokespeople and characters across shots.
• Create realistic product videos from product photography, with convincing materials and product behavior.
• Blend generated footage with stock and filmed footage; edit, composite, colour, and add audio to deliver shippable assets.

Performance and workflow

• Own creative from concept and script through final asset, choosing appropriate models and deciding whether to ship, post-produce, or regenerate footage.
• Review CTR, hold rates, drop-off points, and on-page conversion with the marketing team; iterate creative based on audience behavior.
• Build the production pipeline to deliver creative at volume without compromising craft and review work with the Director of Marketing.

Required qualifications

• Portfolio of direct-response ads designed to drive action; performance results are valued where available.
• Ability to maintain character, environment, and visual consistency across generated shots.
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Veo, Kling, Runway, Seedance, or similar; strong AI image-generation fundamentals with Midjourney, Flux, or similar.
• Post-production expertise using Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci, or similar, including compositing, colour grading, cleanup, and upscaling.
• Proficiency in AI voice synthesis, music, and sound design; understanding of hooks, pacing, proof, offers, and calls to action.
• Ability to produce and iterate assets quickly and make sound quality judgments about generated footage.

Preferred experience

• DTC or e-commerce performance marketing, measurable conversion results, creative testing frameworks, and video for product pages are good to have.

Compensation

• Total annual package is described as up to AED 22,000 per month, plus a monthly performance bonus of up to 10% of base.
• Annual salary review is held every January; the stated salary is tax-free.

Location and work environment

• The role is onsite in Dubai, with relocation assistance and visa support for international hires.
• The work environment is an AI-first organization with an office in Dubai Internet City and an international team.
