This is an expression of interest for an independent, commission-based collaboration as an
AI Solutions Sales Representative
.
The role is suitable for someone who can identify potential B2B clients, introduce AI-enabled solutions, arrange discovery calls, and support follow-up with interested prospects.
This is
not a salaried position
and
not a full-time employment role
.
Compensation
is based only on agreed commission for successful closed opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential B2B clients in the UAE
- Approach prospects through LinkedIn, email, calls, or personal network
- Introduce Avintra’s AI-enabled and secure communication solutions
- Arrange introductory meetings with qualified prospects
- Support follow-up communication after initial interest
- Share market feedback and customer pain points
- Maintain professional communication with prospects
Ideal Profile
- Experience or interest in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
- Good understanding of the UAE business environment
- Interest in AI, customer experience, secure communication, automation, or digital transformation
- Strong communication skills in English
- Arabic is a plus
- Ability to work independently and follow up consistently
- Experience in insurance, financial services, SaaS, consulting, or technology sales is an advantage
Compensation
Commission-based only.
No fixed salary.
No employment contract.
No guaranteed monthly payment.
Commission terms will be discussed clearly before any active engagement.
